While children worldwide embark on their new school year with enthusiasm and anticipation for a year brimming with surprises and knowledge, smiles adorn their faces as they eagerly unpack their new belongings and shiny pens. However, on the flip side, there are children who, if they manage to secure a spot in the classroom, sit there with joy tainted by incompleteness, dressed in worn-out clothes, feeling shame and regret.

Some don't even make it to school at all because their families cannot afford to provide them with essential school supplies due to their dire financial circumstances. Their hopes are dashed when they're deprived of the most basic rights acknowledged by all nations.

Believing in the right of all children to education under equal conditions, Qurrat Al-Ayn organization strives annually to:

·         Support needy children and alleviate the financial commitment of buying school supplies from their families.

·         Support education in the face of poverty prevalent among affected families due to the difficult conditions in the region.

·         Encourage children to start the new year with enthusiasm and activity, infusing joy into their hearts through organised activities.
